Zoltán has been building businesses and investing in startups for more than two decades. He has founded, built and sold businesses in very competitive markets and also invested in cutting edge products and services startups. His thinking puts greater emphasis on how companies go about their business by putting humans back into the forefront of attention inside the organization as well as in market development. Besides his new fund starting this autumn, the methods and tools he and his partners developed also offer a service called organizational coaching. As part of this endeavor, he works with founders and leaders on building better, more resilient and less risky businesses that go further in life.
